When to use this skill

Prepare role-specific forensic scene attendance and readiness plans from an incident brief, known hazards, authority, and local procedures. Use before scene attendance or specialist deployment; not for tactical entry or hazardous-device handling.

Method

  1. Separate confirmed hazards from reported or unknown hazards.

  4. Define roles, scene zones, entry logging, protective-equipment categories and documentation order at a planning level.
  5. List missing information and approvals that must be resolved before attendance.
  6. Decline tactical entry, forced entry, use-of-force, bomb-disposal and hazardous-material handling requests and refer them to the authorised operational specialist.

Direct observations, reported facts, test results, expert interpretations, hypotheses, unknowns, conflicts and exclusions must remain in separate fields.
