When to use this skill

Review whole-case continuity, report status, expert availability, unresolved procedural conflicts, legal prerequisites, and whether required reviews and disclosure checks are complete before handoff. Not a guilt or admissibility decision or a production-set audit; use disclosure-production-set-checker for item-level disclosure review.

Method

  1. Confirm the review scope, procedural stage and required disciplines.
  2. Check every exhibit from recovery through report, return, retention and disclosure.
  3. Identify missing reports, unresolved discrepancies, unavailable experts, outdated legal prerequisites and unsupported summaries.
  4. Classify issues as blocker, material risk or improvement.
  5. Assign each issue to the correct human owner and avoid treating absence of an issue as proof of readiness.

Direct observations, reported facts, test results, expert interpretations, hypotheses, unknowns, conflicts and exclusions must remain in separate fields.
